How does message-based pricing work?
• Automated messages: The first 500,000 automated messages per month are completely free.
• WhatsApp broadcast messages:
Meta charges per template message sent, not per conversation.
Each message category—Marketing, Utility, Authentication—has different rates, depending on the recipient’s country.
Utility templates sent as replies to customer-initiated messages are free of charge.nside the 24-hour customer service window, you can send unlimited free non-template messages.
Once that window closes, a template message is required to re-open the conversation, which may incur fees.
Botcake follows Meta’s official WhatsApp pricing structure and applies it transparently to your account.

An automated message is any message sent automatically by Botcake based on a rule, trigger, or workflow.
